The Brainerd Jaycees proudly organize the $150,000 Ice Fishing Extravaganza but we need your support to make it happen! Below are the ways you can get involved.
Volunteer – It takes over 400 people to run this event so if you are a member of a Brainerd-lakes non-profit organization that would like to help on Saturday, please contact us by December 15. We ask for a minimum commitment of five volunteers per group. The organizations that supply people power the day of the event are often consider for a donation from the event proceeds.
Volunteers that drill holes on Friday will receive a complimentary contest ticket. This is limited to 100 people and you must commit no later than January 10.
Sponsor – Do you have an interest in showcasing a product or service to over 10,000 outdoor enthusiasts in just one day? Consider becoming a sponsor of the $150,000 Ice Fishing Extravaganza. There are levels of sponsorship depending on your interest and ability to provide cash, prizes or trade-value to the event. Sponsors are included in event promotions – direct-mail, print, radio, television and social media – and customized promotional programs at the Kick-off Party and on the ice are available. Please contact us no later than September 15 for consideration.
Vendor – People like to eat and shop on the ice while they’re waiting for the contest to start so it’s a great opportunity to sell food or product, or showcase products and services, at a reasonable price. Click here to download the application which is due by December 20th.
